New technologies for the future: a combination of Terahertz and Nanotechnology
THzNanoVision is an intended spin-off project at the Technische Universität Darmstadt. Our main technologies are based on "Nanostructured Terahertz Schottky Detectors" and "Gunn-based Terahertz Sources". Other technologies like "Carbon Nanotubes for Terahertz Emission and Detection" are part of our future technologies.
THzNanoVision's core innovation is its patented semiconductor technologies that enable the development of biocompatible, low-cost, high-performance, high sensitive as well as easy-to-install THz devices that are nearly impossible to achieve with current technologies.
